Side in Turkey - Ersa Homes named and shamed

A quick update on the article on Investment property in Side, Ersa Insaat (Ersa Contruction, Ersa Homes) which was recommended to us by Graham Pyle of Countryside International (Florida Countryside) as being so good they had invested in the development themselves as partners has been named and shamed by a number of Estate Agents in the Side area for their poor treatment of clients.

Apparently after repeated issues Estate Agents in Side are stongly advising not to buy from this developer.

We did however find one estate agent that was fairly open and honest about developers in Turkey still asking to much money and that is Side Property
